		<description>I hope some of the multitude of voices have faded down to a manageable level (including mine), and that you have taken some of the good with the bad, and thrown out the rest. 

If nothing else, I am glad you have not given up the tension of this. 

What I find interesting is that us writer types talk about &quot;voice&quot; a lot, and though we mean it in a very different way than, say, you would, there are still some striking parallels. 

Here&#039;s to finding your voice in the midst of the multitude.</description>
